Joanna (Joey) Gattuso
Joanna Gattuso is freelance facilitator and consultant, specializing in workplace culture and organizational change. With a decade of experience in the field of public health, youth development and reproductive health, she works hard to center an anti-oppression lens in her approaches. In her consulting practice, Joanna supports organizations through the deep work of shifting power and staying on-purpose. Whether through team trainings, retreats, process design, or leadership coaching, Joanna partners with individuals and groups to move toward a model of organizational leadership that is built in right relationship to one another, to the work, and to ourselves. She is a 2017 Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute for Community Health Leadership and a graduate of Northeastern University's Master's in Public Health program. You can read more about her work at
